Returns, refunds & exchanges
You can request for returns or exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange request please write to us at support@skyscrubs.in
Kindly mention your order details such as order number, the product you wish to return or exchange along with the reason. You also have to attach two quality images representing the problem

Once our team gets the request, it is usually reviewed and processed within 1-2 working days.

After processing your request, you will have to send the product in original packing along with tags, labels and invoice to our warehouse with a reliable shipping/courier company.
The return shipment will be checked after we have received it in our warehouse and based on the assessment refunds or exchanges are processed. This may take up to 7 working days.
Please note that the exchange will depend on availability of the stock or we can notify once the exchange product required by you is in stock.
Any item purchased under promotion or sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
